Ancient woodland in Cornwall: a walk on the wild side

Wander through the woods at Porfell Wildlife Park and discover the wide variety of trees and plants. These natural old woods have fine examples of wetland coppice with willow and alder whilst the dry areas support ash, oak and beech.

Specially built board walks take you safely though the marsh areas. Bring a picnic or simply rest awhile on one of the park benches and soak in the tranquility of an untamed woodland.
